Welcome to Pranasparsh Pranic Healing Center.
By accessing, booking, or using our services (online or offline), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
 

1. Services We Provide

  • Healing sessions (online and in-person)

  • Workshops, training programs, and group activities

  • Online self-paced courses

  • Free and contribution-based meditation sessions

  • Corporate and collaboration programs (with separate pricing)
     

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings for healing sessions, workshops, and in-person activities must be confirmed with full advance payment.

  • Payment is accepted through Razorpay or any other official channel shared by us.

  • Healing sessions/workshops will only be confirmed after successful payment.

  • Pricing may vary based on service type, location, or collaboration requirements.
     

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed rules. In short:

  • No refunds once a service, course, or session is purchased.

  • Healing sessions may be rescheduled only if informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Workshops may be rescheduled if informed 1 week in advance.

  • No-show = session/workshop utilized.

  • Online courses are non-refundable.

  • Contribution amounts for meditation or other activities are considered donations/loving contributions and are non-refundable.
     

4. Disclaimer on Healing Services

  • We do not guarantee a 100% cure. Healing results vary from person to person depending on multiple factors such as medical condition, lifestyle, karma, and receptivity.

  • Relief and positive benefits are usually experienced, but healing is complementary and should not replace medical treatment.

  • Clients are advised to continue prescribed medical care alongside healing.

  • Starting with 1–2 sessions is recommended before opting for longer packages.

  • Once services are provided, refunds are not applicable even if results vary.


5. Contributions & Donations

  • Contributions for meditation sessions or community programs may be used for:

    • Supporting needy individuals

    • Promoting Pranic Healing awareness

    • Website, hosting, design, and tech management (e.g., Canva, hosting, tools)

  • Contributions are voluntary, non-refundable, and considered a loving act of support.


6. Corporate & Collaborations

  • Corporate sessions, tie-ups, and collaborations have separate pricing structures.

  • For details, please contact us directly.


7. Privacy & Data

  • By using our website or booking a service, you agree that we may collect basic information such as name, phone number, email, and booking details.

  • We will never sell or misuse your data.

  • For detailed practices, please see our Privacy Policy (separate page).


8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect during sessions.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in denial of services without refund.

  • Healing services are strictly spiritual/energy-based and not to be misused.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Pranasparsh Pranic Healing Center, its healers, and associates are not liable for:

    • Any medical complications

    • Lack of expected results

    • Misuse of information provided during healing or workshops

  • All services are complementary and meant for spiritual, emotional, and energetic well-being.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Goa / Maharastra courts only.
